Guidelines for a Seamless Experience
Every Y.E.S. dessert is handcrafted with care, and we want your experience to be as flawless as your order. To ensure we deliver exceptional quality:
- Securing Your Order – A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm custom orders. Rush fees may apply for orders placed within one week.
- Payments & Changes – All payments are non-refundable. Schedule changes require advance notice (30 days for large events, 14 for small); flavor or design changes require 2 weeks and may incur a redesign fee.
- Delivery & Pickup – Delivery is available within DFW (fees apply); complimentary pickup is also available.
- Care & Handling – Desserts are delicate. Refrigerate cakes until 1–2 hours before serving and protect all treats from extreme temperatures.
- Artistic Design – Every dessert reflects our decorators’ artistry. Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact duplication cannot be guaranteed.
